Harley is 18 months old and such a little character! So cheeky and curious, he is full of life – thanks to the life saving surgery he underwent almost a year ago now.
A “Heartiversary” is the anniversary of a cardiac surgery and recognizes each year following that another year has passed since the heart warrior was given a second chance to live.
Such a special photo session that I’m so thankful to be involved in! This family has been in my studio a few times now over the past few years, and I’m so grateful for their continued support.
